Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Couple & Family Therapy
As your therapist, I use a collaborative and supportive approach in marital and family therapy to help you strengthen your relationships and improve communication. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection and work to develop healthier interactions and stronger emotional bonds. My role is to guide your family or partnership toward greater understanding, resilience, and harmony, empowering you to navigate challenges and build lasting connection.
Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT)
As your therapist, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you and your partner or family create deeper emotional connections and resolve conflict in a safe, supportive space. Gottman Method Couples Therapy
As your therapist, I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help you and your partner build a deeper connection through scientifically-backed techniques that improve communication, strengthen emotional bonds, and resolve conflict.
